DIAMOND TIER - ACCESS PASS

• All members attending the M&G will receive an email from twitchcon@eeveenara.co to confirm their attendance. Please reply to the email and follow the instructions with your details. 
• You must have your own Twitchcon ticket to be able to attend the M&G
• Access Pass purchase is non-negotiable and nonrefundable
• You must present a valid ID in order to gain access to the M&G. (e.g, State ID, Driver License, or Passport) 
• Please arrive on time as stated. Session will only be held at certain time
• Exact point of M&G will be confirmed via email and exclusive Discord channel
• Please allow one person at a time to meet & greet creator
• Please comply with and respect all the event staff involved
• Photos taken by our photographer will be shared via email within 1 - 5 business days after the event
• Please arrive 20 minutes early for the sail boat tour. Exact time and location will be shared via email closer to the event date  

Gift policy: 

• Small gift is allowed (should fit inside a shoebox 12” x 5” x 4”) 
• Perishable gifts is not allowed
• Crew members reserve the right to refuse gifts that are deemed inappropriate or dangerous

• Each member is entitled to (5) professional photos taken by the photographer
• ⁠Each member is entitled to (1) photo taken using their own phone
• ⁠If pose requests are deemed uncomfortable and inappropriate, creator has the right to reject the request
• Creator has the right to refuse any video recording request including appearing in a livestreaming session
• ⁠No physical contact unless allowed and with consent such as high-fives and handshakes
• ⁠Treat creator with respect and kindness. Please refrain from asking personal or private questions to protect creator’s privacy. Creator has the right to not answer any questions deemed uncomfortable
• ⁠Suspicious and inappropriate behavior will result in a removal and will be reported to the management
• Please comply with and respect all the event staff involved

Content materials: 

• There will be a professional photographer taking photos and videos throughout the two events that will be used online
• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the photographer
• However, we cannot guarantee that you will be kept entirely unseen in photos and videos. Please avoid our photographer if you do not wish to be filmed

Refund policy:

• All sales final
• No refunds, no exchanges
• You may transfer your Access Pass to another attendee via twitchcon@eeveenara.co
• New attendee MUST register via email
